What is your return period?

We accept returns and offer refunds for up to 14 days after delivery date. After this time we cannot accept refunds or returns.

What items cannot be returned?

We do not accept returns on any made-to-order custom items.

We do not accept returns on Earrings, due to hygiene laws, regulations and legal issues inherent in retail trade.

How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: you will be responsible for return order mailing costs.

Refunds

When can I expect my refund?


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Delivery Problems

My item has arrived damaged. What do I do?

We have a 14 day Order Damages Policy. Please make sure you contact us within this 14 day period.

We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and it is very unlikely that your order will arrive damaged. If your item does arrive damaged, contact us via our Contact page. Please attach 2 - 3 images of your damaged order. If you are successful in your claim we will send you a new order immediately. We hold the right to grant or dismiss claims at all times - and please be aware, you may not be successful in your claim.

My order has not arrived. What do I do?

We have a 14 day Missing Order Policy. Please make sure you contact us within this 14 day period.

Don’t worry, we record and track every parcel we send. If your order has not arrived, please send us an email with your order number, and we will find your package’s whereabouts. Please wait 7 business days before reaching out, often, your package has just been delayed. If your order cannot be found, we will send you a replacement order immediately.

Out of Stock

If we need to issue you a replacement order for any reason, but your item is out of stock, we will contact you and offer you a similar item at no extra cost to you.
