When will my order ship?
Allow 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Please note international delivery times will vary depending on location and may attract import costs if outside Australia.

Product
Do you gift wrap?
Yes. All our orders are gift wrapped in our beautiful store product packaging. This is a complimentary service.
Is your product packaging recyclable?
Yes, most of our gift packaging is made from paper and cardboard and we encourage you to recycle it. The exception being our velvet jewellery bags, which is for you to keep and store your jewellery items in safely - and very handy when travelling!
How accurate are the colours shown in your photos?
The colours shown in our product photos on the product detail pages are accurate. We do our best to maintain consistency, but please note that there are slight variations in colour due to varying photography lighting and your computer or device settings.
Can I arrange a custom order?
Yes, please use our Contact page telling us what you have in mind. We will need 2-3 weeks custom order fulfilment for all custom orders - with payment before order commencement.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We have a 14 day Return Policy dated from order delivery date. Please refer to the Returns & Exchanges page for our return policy.
My order has not arrived, what should I do?
Please wait 7 business days before reaching out to us, as your order may only be delayed. If your order does not arrive after this period, contact us via our Contact page. Read our Missing Order Policy on our Returns page.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page. Read our Order Damages Policy on our Returns page.
